Ask anyone, I'm obsessed with Cheez its.  Crunchy, cheesy, salty goodness (I can demolish a box, alone, in two days). So when I saw a recipe for the homemade version I jumped at the chance to recreate -- using ingredients I can actually pronounce. 

When can you ever go wrong with cheese and butter -- NEVER.

These guys are seriously delish, and since they are the real deal, it doesn't take an entire box to make you feel like you've had "just enough".  

Try to eat just one - I dare you...
