Twice Baked

I dream of these potatoes now. Lust over them. And on our last trip up north to see Mark's parents, we whipped up a batch and everyone LOVED them.



My favorite way is to mix sweet and regular potatoes, but I've had them three ways (white potato, sweet potato, mixed), and they are ALL winners. 



Pro Tip: take care hollowing out spuds (not too much!), my first batch had to be propped up by foil. 



After our incredible Valentine's Dinner I demanded he source the original recipes. Joy of joys, he (finally) found them!


Gah, now I'm hungry...

    Potatoes (of any variety) are among my favorite foods #carbasauraus and that twice baked blend looks DEVINE! When did you say you were coming out to become my chef? ;)
