Not much by way of workouts, though I’ve been making an effort to walk more (which I’m not diligent about logging) - minus a business trip in Chicago when it snowed and I hailed Lyfts to be cautious. 


5 rolling hill Fartleks, 2x10 curtsy lunges and arm raises w/ 2.5lb in hotel gym

14 yoga under the stars with Jess replete with a star show!

17 walk 1hr RiNo 

18 walk Denver zoo

21 clamshells 25x2, cat/cow 10

26 diamond wall push ups, squat pulses 3 sets 20
