Cookbook Club

The first convocation of the Cookbook Club (name, TBD) was a resounding success! It brings me so much joy that the idea (inspired by Bon Appetit) was made a reality despite juggling careers, tiny humans, and schedules of three families - The Catalfamo's, Panagopolous's and Piper's. The planning process in itself was such a treat (talking about food sparks all the joy for me), and the menu came together seamlessly - we selected recipes from Nik Sharma's, Season, the Catalfamo's hosted and the pieces all fell into place.

Of note: the cake recipe calls for preparing chai, which has topped my list of favorite beverages and tastes far superior to any other I've ever had. In life.

It goes without saying we are already planning the next meeting.
