OK, as promised (though a bit belated) here is the list of all the approved sport drinks, bars, and emergency "cheat" alternatives for Meta.  I found all of this information in the booklet that was included in the box (under Q&A and the emergency cheat list) and made a list of all the flavors and calories.  I've tried most, still have some to find (in store, I refuse to pay shipping), but overall I've been pleased with everything so far.  As far as the drinks, I prefer to eat my calories (or use them for wine!), so I'm not sure if I'll try the one's with calories.  If you have any questions, please let me know, I'd be happy to help!
